- Certificate preferred
- 2 years of experience in sales, 1 year in real estate or property studies preferred
- Own laptop and transport
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Sales experience and real estate/business/marketing qualification (advantageous)
- Passionate, professional, and organised
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure
- Proactive, strong in communication and problem-solving
- Commission-based
- Potential: R25,000 - R40,000 monthly
- Handling landlord/tenant requests, managing marketing strategies
- Digital marketing, sales, and customer relationship management
- Property valuations, sales brokering, and viewings
- Market inventory and trend awareness
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
