We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our real estate team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will be crucial in supporting daily operations and enhancing overall efficiency within the organization. Responsibilities: Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to real estate agents and management.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Lead Generation:Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies.
Utilize various platforms and tools to generate and track leads. Cold Calling:Initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Effectively communicate our services and offerings to potential leads.
Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to nurture relationships. Database Management:Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of client information and interactions. Communication and Coordination:Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings. Documentation:Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents.
