Key Output
- Achieve warranty balanced scorecard targets and KPIxe2x80x99s
- Control cost effectively on normal types of warranty claims excluding goodwill claims in one region only
- Provide technical support for Warranty resolution in one designated region
- Ensure effective self-management and performance ownership
- Provide feedback on warranty issues to supervisors and artisans in one region only
- Decide on Warranty fitness of jobs
- Develop warranty skills of supervisors and artisans in a region
- Grade 12
- Must be a Qualified Artisan, (Mechanic in relevant trade e.g Diesel Mechanic/ Heavy Equipment Mechanic or relevant mechanical engineering qualification
- 1 yearxe2x80x99s post apprentice/learnership experience (1 years post red seal qualification as an artisan)
- Machine general technical knowledge and applied skills
- Applicable product knowledge
- Basic financial acumen L1, Influencing and negotiating L1
- Technical report writing skill L1, Customer responsiveness L1
- Organizational awareness L1, Attention to detail L1
- Computer literate (MS Office, SIS ET & SAP/CRM xe2x80x93 Warranty role)
- Problem solving and failure analysis skills L1
