Job Description
Key Outputs
Deliver customer service according to position relevant KPI's (as per Balanced Scorecard, SLA's) while meeting departmental financial targets Ensure you work according to policies, principles and procedures of the departments.
Manage POD's and SAP reports, manage quality of hoses produced
Receive hose requirements / specifications from parts and service sales liaison Verify against HIS to validate correct specifications / requirements
Pick loose parts depending on plant specific layout and process
Select the correct hose and cut to specification
Adhere to contamination control guidelines for hose cleaning
Assemble hose to Caterpillar specification, Tag hose with correct information
Seal and despatch as required, Sign off hose assembly in hose register
Build hydraulic hoses per sample as and when required
Providing assistance in other areas within the warehouse as and when required
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
