Job Description
Join an FMCG team as an R&D Process Manager in the Western Cape!As an R&D Process Manager, you'll help turn research ideas into practical processes that improve how the companys products are made. You'll lead trials, analyse data, and work directly with factory teams to boost efficiency and product quality. Youll also manage the pilot plant, solve production problems, and support communication between R&D and other departments.To meet the minimum requirements, youll need a Masters Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Biotechnology (or equivalent experience), plus 25 years of experience in a similar R&D or Process Manager role. Strong knowledge of food processing, good communication skills, and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude are essential.
