We design and develop advanced systems and technologies for high-performance applications across [industrye.g., defense, automotive, aerospace]. Our R&D team plays a critical role in driving product innovation, concept development, and next-generation engineering solutions.
Were looking for a creative and technically skilled R&D Design Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the design, prototyping, and testing of cutting-edge products and systems.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support research and design activities for new product development and technology exploration.
- Generate 3D CAD models, design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications using software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and refine innovative designs.
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex design challenges, focusing on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Conduct technical research, materials evaluation, and feasibility studies.
- Document design processes and support intellectual property filings as needed.
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Product Design Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in an R&D or product design role.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD and FEA tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and design for production.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
