Job Summary Radiology IT Specialist (JB5448) Sunninghill, Johannesburg R 35 - 40 000 CTC per month Permanent | On-site | Monday to Friday Support the critical IT infrastructure that powers advanced radiology operations in a fast-paced hospital environment. From PACS/RIS systems and imaging software to servers and secure networks, you'll take charge of the platforms that enable accurate diagnoses and streamlined workflows. This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically skilled IT professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and a passion for keeping healthcare systems running at peak performance. 3+ years' experience in a 2nd or 3rd line IT infrastructure support role Experience with Windows and/or Linux servers and SQL databases Prior exposure to PACS/RIS or other medical imaging systems (preferred) Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs) Experience with virtualisation platforms (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Healthcare or radiology IT experience is an advantage.
