Requirements
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Electronics or Telecommunications
8+ years of relevant experience in RF engineering
Strong knowledge and experience in Software Driven Radios, including the functionality, configuration, and tests. * Knowledge of radio technology, receivers, transmitters, RF combiners/splitters, power amplifiers
Strong knowledge of system design, development, and implementation.
Experience with system testing and debugging.
Broad IT Network Knowledge on Routers, Wi-Fi Access Points, Switches; LAN Cabling, Voice Gateways, Protocols, Network Management Systems.
Knowledge of Satellite communications
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support a wide range of systems.
Apply practical and applied knowledge and act authoritatively on methods, systems, and procedures to identify trends and potential risks. * ??Coordinate and participate in the technical implementation, including the system verification, and take full responsibility for the success of technical components of international delivery projects.
Preparation of high-level design guidelines: Preparing High level designs (HLD) for network new platforms & new services system requests. * Verifying the design request over the design tool and building HLD documentation as per agreed templates.

  • Updating High Level Designs upon Technical Change request: Updating all design guidelines and documents as needed. Design updates need to be performed in line with the Master System specification, operational and contractual requirements and in accordance with the number of change requests assigned.
Network Integration
Integration, test, and verification of complicated systems.
Applied Systems Engineering across the multiple lifecycle stages of a system or product, at all levels up to user systems (L5) of the systems hierarchy. * Application and control of systems engineering processes and procedures.
Baseline establishment and management.
Execute process and procedural change, implement the change, and provide guidelines and support related to new requirements because of the change. * Responsible for maintaining network architectures, and for the identification and resolution of high-level hardware and software technical problems and malfunctions related to the network and related services.
