Job Title: Radio Controller
Location: G4S - Nelson Mandela Bay Metro, Port Elizabeth

Job Duties:
- Monitor and control radio communications within the designated area
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient delivery schedules
- Respond to emergency calls and provide necessary assistance
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities
- Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of radio communication systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Understanding of radio operations and protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in using communication equipment
- Certification in radio communication systems
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry
- Fast-paced environment
- Shift work may be required
- Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergencies
