Special Conditions:

The successful candidate must be able to:

xc2xb7 Rotate between regional units on occasion as required

xc2xb7 Rotate through planning if applicable

xc2xb7 Willing to do shift work

xc2xb7 CBCT, SRS or SBRT experience as well as good problem-solving skills in these modalities will be advantageous

xc2xb7 Experience in Respiratory Gating and the Elekta ABC system will be an advantage

Special notification: This position resides under Dr SJ Fourie and Partners Inc., an

entity under which Icon Oncologys clinical staff are being contractually employed.

Minimum Requirements:

xc2xb7 3 years National Diploma in Radiation Therapy

xc2xb7 Prescribed minimum in-service clinical hours

xc2xb7 Minimum 1 year fulltime clinical position post training

xc2xb7 Registration in the category Therapy Radiographer with the HPCSA

xc2xb7 Fully Bilingual

xc2xb7 Own reliable transportation required for compulsary travel

xc2xb7 Must be able to treat patients efficiently and effectively with a good understanding of planning principles

xc2xb7 Must be able to treat patients and other staff members with patience and empathy

xc2xb7 Must be able to work in a team

xc2xb7 Ensure adherence to SOP's and QA processes and procedures
