We're urgently hiring : Quotes/Sales Administrator
Are you organized, professional, and great with people? We're looking for a dedicated Quotes Administrator to join our team as we reside in the pinetown area.
What you'll do:
Work closely with project managers to prepare accurate and timely quotes
Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback
Compile clear and concise reports for management
Ensure client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence
Fast and accurate typing skills
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Comfortable working with numbers, quotes, and reporting tools
A proactive team player who can balance multiple priorities
