About Our Client:
Our client is an exclusive distributor of state-of-the-art marine and mobile solution products. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team.The Role: The Quotations and Order Management Coordinator will work with a dynamic sales team supporting them with the preparation of quotations, order management, and delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations.
• Generate sales orders.
• Manage quotations and orders for all products.
• Handle enquiries.
• Assist sales executives with administrative duties.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and Tech Ops Manager to build quotations.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, and manage procurement and buying.
• Monitor back orders and conduct stock taking.
• Manage collections and returns.
• Source products as needed.
• Follow up on quotations with customers.
• Work on CRM.
• Meet sales targets.
• Stay up to date with new products and features.
• Engage in tele-sales activities.
• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Follow up and coordinate the sales process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator or in tele-sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Problem-solving capacity.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Highly compatible and versatile with systems and processes.
• Out-of-the-box thinker.
• Devoted to achieving end results.
