Well established Travel Consultancy in the Kloof (KZN) area require a bookkeeper/ accounts assistant who has experience working on Quicktrav. Duties will include maintaining financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable as well as cashbook; processing financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations; preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements; and assisting with tax preparation and filing. The successful applicant must have a working knowledge of MS Excel and Quicktrav, and will also be required to assist with general admin duties such as producing customer invoices and statements; generating, organizing and maintaining files; and assisting with purchasing and vendor payments. * What is your name?
