Job Description
Quantity Surveyor CCS skills essential
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Tech in Quantity Surveying (NQF 7) or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 3 years' relevant experience in a similar Built environment (for Junior) / 5 years' relevant experience (for Intermediate)
- Must be proficient in Candy (CCS - Construction Computer Software) - currently working on CCS for a minimum of 1 year for Junior QS & 5 years for Intermediate QS.
- Prepared to travel to project locations.
- Valid Driver's License and own transport.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and BuildSmart.
- Excellent planning, organising, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and focus on deliverables.
- A motivated self-starter who takes a proactive and solution-driven
