Job SummaryHire Resolve's client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE.Key Requirements:
- BSc. in Quantity Surveying from a reputable South African University
- +8 years experience as a Quantity Surveying specialising in roads, bridge and infrastructure projects
- Handle post-contract functions, including interim and final payments, variations, cash flows, claims, and contractual correspondence.
- Provide advice on contractual matters and ensure all requirements are met.
- Advise on contractor's resource allocation and audit contractor payments.
- Ensure timely and complete submission of valuations.
- Record and check measurements of work completed.
- Prepare variations and day-works.
- Monitor and update the final cost estimate for the contract.
- Review, negotiate, and prepare claim settlements.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of the team.
- Prepare financial statements for monthly reporting
- Salary: negotiable.
