Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing cost estimates, budgets and bill of quantities Managing project costs from inception to completion Monitoring and controlling project expenditure Prepare tender documents and contract documents Conducting site visits and progress valuations Assessing variations and claims Valuations of milestone claims and Preparing final accounts and project reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field Proven experience in quantity Surveying Relevant professional registration would be advantagous Strong knowledge of construction contracts Excellent analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in QS software (MS Projects, Excel, BuildSmart) Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
