Quantity Surveyor (secunda)

Job Description
Our client is seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor who will be assisting at Sasol Secunda Operations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Quantity Surveying tertiary qualification or similar
- Ability to understand technical specifications and mechanical drawings
- Understanding work flows connected with scaffolding, insulation and painting
- Understanding of project planning and controls
- Understanding of the material requirements and norms (scaffolding, painting and insulation works)
- Strong administrative, organization and problem solving skills are required.
- The appointee must be deadline driven and results orientated
- Above average computer skills xe2x80x93 MS Office suite (including Projects or similar)
- Have a valid drivers license
- At least 3 years relevant experience on large projects / maintenance contracts.
