About the Role
We're looking for a
skilled, adaptable Residential Quantity Surveyor
who can manage multiple projects, solve problems quickly, and work independently. You'll handle full QS duties across renovations, additions, and new builds.Key Responsibilities
Pricing new projects from drawings and site details Taking accurate measurements (on-site & off-plan) Compiling detailed BOQs (SMM) Preparing variation orders & issuing payment certificates Managing procurement, supplier quotes & PO/invoice tracking Monitoring cost reports, cashflow & early risk flags Coordinating with site teams, architects, engineers & clients
What You Need
BTech in Quantity Surveying
3+ years residential QS experience OR proven ability to perform full QS scope independently
Strong measurement & estimating skills (CostX/Excel or similar) Good understanding of JBCC/NEC contractsAble to work under pressure & solve problems fast
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Computer literate & quick to learn new systems
