Quantity Surveyor - Property Developer | Hyde Park, Gauteng
An established Property Developer based in Hyde Park, Gauteng, is seeking a skilled and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic, office-based commercial team.
You will report directly to the Senior Head of the QS Department, a highly experienced and commercially astute professional, offering you the opportunity to work within a team that values accuracy, financial control, and strategic project management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Developer or Main Contractor background preferred)
- Proficient in CCS BuildSmart - this is essential
- Strong financial, contractual, and cost management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting ability
- Relevant QS or Construction Management qualification
- Preparing and managing project budgets, BOQs, and cost plans
- Performing valuations, progress claims, and cost forecasting
- Managing procurement, tender analysis, and subcontractor accounts
- Supporting the Senior QS Department Head in all commercial functions
Salary: R60 000 per month

- Provident Fund: 10% total contribution (5% employer + 5% employee)
