Quantity Surveyor (plumbing)
Job Description
Job Summary Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Must have 5-8 years' experience in the plumbing industry and construction. Must be competent in using quantity surveying software for both estimating and progress claims/valuations. Must have strong knowledge of the N/S JBCC contract agreement. Must have strong knowledge of plumbing reticulation design and installation methods. Must have a valid driver's license.
