Job Description
Our client in the Construction / Project Manager industry has a vacancy available for a Quantity Surveyor.The position is based in Parktown. Salary - R45 000 pm, depending on experience.Duties:
- Liaising with clients to identify their needs.
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour.
- Preparing tender and contract documents.
- Identifying and weighing up commercial risks.
- Assigning work to subcontractors.
- Relevant Degree / Qualification
- 3-5 Years experience as a QS
- Experience with Internal fit-outs / residential builds.
