Job Description
CONSTRUCTION AND MINING INDUSTRY
3 years in an EPCM environment
Platinum Mine experience
7 years experience in the Quantity Surveying field
Quantity surveying as per project requirements
Preparation of cost budget estimates
Measuring from drawings
Compilation of enquiry documents
Financial planning
Commercial adjudications and recommendations
Compilation of contract documents and certificates
Financial reviews
Site visits and attending site meetings
Monthly progress measurement and reporting
Preparation of bills of quantities and final accounts
Ensure contractors meet with all current project contractual requirements and procedures
Must be available immediatly
