Job Description
ForbesTinto Construction company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Candidate should be well proficient in Formwork and Scaffolding.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing detail cost estimates and budgets for the construction projects, materials, labor and other resources. Preparing and managing contracts, payments schedules for contractors and subcontractors preparing and preparing quotations. Cost management monitoring and controlling projects costs throughout the construction process. Evaluating subcontractors and supplier's quotes, negotiating contract's and ensuring procurement aligns with projects. Preparing financial reports, analyzing cost data and providing regular updates to skate holder's. providing expert advice to clients on cost relating matters. ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, health and safety standards and constructional obligations. Candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring and pricing BOQ's

Qualifications:
BSc Quantity Surveying B-Tech Diploma in Quantity Surveying minimum of 3 years' experience
