Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
LULA/CCS software build management (for pricing and prep of payment certificates). Valid Driver's License. Critical analysis of tender document (from attending site inspections, calculating quantities & tender specification and requirements prior to pricing). Negotiations with suppliers on pricing (prior and post award stages). Measurements for all sites and compiling payment certificates. site costing management with accounts manager. Vehicle, Equipment & Tools management.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Establishment of sites responsibilities. Office management & resources management. safety management with assistance from external company. Trainings facilitation. Employee wellbeing day to day operations and site requirements such as materials, PPE etc.
Work Experience 6-10 yrs
