What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fit-out industry. Professional certification is preferred. You must possess strong financial acumen, with experience in financial reporting, budget management, and accounting processes. Proficiency in financial modelling and relevant software is essential, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial to your success.
