Quantity Surveyor (Contract) Western Cape
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide cost management services across infrastructure development projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration and financial reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities
- Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports
- Support tender processes and contract administration
- Conduct site visits and progress measurements
- Manage variations and claims
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- SACQSP registration preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in SAP and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of contract law and construction standards
