Quantity Surveyor (Construction)
Somerset West, Western Cape
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
SACQSP registration (or equivalent) preferred.
5 years or more experience in infrastructure projects (multi-site preferred).
Strong knowledge of procurement (public & private sector) and financial reporting.
Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., SAP), AutoCAD, and BIM/quantity take-off tools.
Skilled in cost estimation, contract administration, and construction law.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of construction industry practices, health & safety, and environmental standards.
High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality delivery.
Willingness to travel between office and sites as required.
