Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in the City of Cape Town. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost management and control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and cost reporting. Daily tasks include estimating project costs, preparing budget and cost reports, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the construction phases.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Expertise in Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Relevant experience in the construction or engineering industry Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Pay: R15000,00 - R25000,00 per month
