We are looking for a dynamic Quality Systems Manager to join our clients' team in Addo, Eastern Cape. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and enhance the Quality Management Systems (QMS) across multiple facilities. The successful candidate will ensure all products meet strict quality, safety, and efficacy standards from research through to production and distribution, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards.

• Ensure that all operational activities -- from R&D to packaging -- comply with established quality procedures and documentation controls.

• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, managing corrective and preventive action plans.

• Oversee quality control testing for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

• Track and analyze product quality trends, driving ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Technical, and Sales teams to address non-conformances and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Implement and maintain integrated systems for quality, traceability, and risk management, while supporting Health & Safety compliance.

• Promote digital solutions to strengthen data integrity and improve operational efficiency.

• Lead root cause analyses, structured problem-solving, and the resolution of customer issues.

• Define, monitor, and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).

• Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability through effective coaching, training, and leadership of quality personnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Quality Management.

• National Diploma / Degree in Quality Management Systems.

• Any Qualifications in Agriculture/Chemistry and Biotechnology will be advantageous.

• Experience implementing ISO 9001:2015 systems.

• Prior Experience with Biological Production Systems/Crop Protection products will be preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office.
