Job Description

Babylonstoren's Quality Department is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality management, food safety, and system optimisation within a manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in maintaining and improving our quality and certification processes on the farm.


Qualifications & Requirement



Education: Degree in Food Science or a related field Minimum of three years' experience in quality and manufacturing Excellent communication skills Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel) Strong presentation skills Excellent planning, organising, and execution skills Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively Results-oriented Effective employee relation skills Ability to work well under pressure Self-motivated and able to work without supervision Ability to monitor and comply with safety rules and regulations

Responsibilities & Duties



Document control Recordkeeping Corrective and preventive actions Implement and maintain systems with external bodies (e.g. FSA) Conduct internal audits Manage non-conformances Drive the implementation of core standards Drive the implementation of PRPs Drive the implementation of HACCP Ensure certification compliance Liaise with certification bodies Drive hygiene services within factories Analyse internal and external audit findings for trends to identify continuous improvement opportunities * Drive quality and continuous improvement programs
