The Role:
Join our Quality Compliance and Documents Team to support the Quality Management System for document and learning processes. In this role, you will:

• Maintain and update controlled documents in the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), including obsoletion and archiving.
• Ensure training materials and matrices are accurate and up to date, supporting compliance with GxP requirements.
• Act as LMS administrator, creating and managing courses, monitoring training compliance, and generating reports.
• Provide documentation and training records for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Promote adherence to SOPs, job aids, and company policies while supporting continuous improvement in document and learning management processes.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in quality systems, document control, and training compliance.
Requirements

• National Senior Certificate, Grade 5 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry (desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail.
