Lead change and build a stronger quality culture
Lead daily quality operations and oversee the QC inspection teams
Ensure all products meet internal standards and customer expectations
Drive and implement our Quality Improvement Project
Reduce rework and returns by identifying root causes and leading corrective action
Develop KPI's and reporting systems to monitor and improve quality performance
Collaborate with production, engineering, and planning teams to solve problems and innovate
Strengthen traceability, inspection protocols, and audit readiness
Train and coach staff to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Experience and Qualification:
5-8 Years of QC/QA experience in Furniture/Upholstery or Manufacturing
A degree or diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar
Strong knowledge of LEAN quality systems, defect analysis, and inspection processes
Strong leadership experience managing teams and improvement projects
Experience with ERP systems and solid reporting skills (Advanced EXCEL, KPI's, Dashboards)
An eye for detail, a hands-on attitude, and strong communication skills
Skills:
First-Pass Yield (FPY) improvement
Reduction in rework, scrap, and customer complaints
Timely implementation of corrective actions and preventative systems
Increased QC team performance and training completion
Audit readiness and overall quality performance metric
