Responsibilities:

Be involved in the establishment of policies and procedures
Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is regularly reviewed and updated
Conduct internal, external and third party audits, compile corrective action plans and follow up on completion
Manage and investigate non-conformances
Ensure corrective action/recommendations are coordinated and implemented in consultation with stakeholders
Compile monthly reports and reports of audits
Review customer QC requirements and ensure that QC documentation meets requirements
Conduct statistical analysis of QC data and report on trends
Identify improvement opportunities and implement in consultation with stakeholders
Ability to evaluate data and identify issues, recommend, own and drive performance improvement areas for internal and external customers
Manage quality department and budget control.
