Job Description
Continental Compounders is a plastic compounding specialist. We test, develop and custom manufacture rigid and flexible PVC & thermoplastic elastomer compounds and service a large share of the Sub-Saharan plastic-making market, as well as 45 countries through Europe, South America, Australasia, and Africa.
As a key position in the production manufacturing process, the Quality Controller is responsible and accountable for ensuring that the manufactured product consistently conforms to company quality standards and meets customers specifications and expectations.
Skills and Experience
Grade 12/NQF 4 Basic mathematical proficiency Understanding of quality control processes in manufacturing Strong accuracy and attention to detail Team Player Ability to work with minimum supervision Ability to analyse information and make decisions Ability to perform under pressure Ability to perform moderate physical activity within a factory environment
Please note this is a shift position working alongside the production team. The successful candidate will be required to work on a shift roster of 4 days on 2 days off day and night shifts.
