Quality Engineer (industrial / Engineering / Automation)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO 9001-aligned QMS
Lead internal & external audits, certifications, and compliance
Investigate and resolve quality issues, CAPAs, and client complaints
Drive continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
Manage supplier quality and performance
Analyse quality data, report KPIs, and manage department budget
Lead and develop the quality team
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
3 years or more experience in a Quality / Engineering environment
Strong ISO 9001 knowledge (certification advantageous)
Solid data analysis, audit, and stakeholder engagement skills
