  • Accountable for End-to-End Quality on all aspects for products and customers.
  • Able to Lead Quality Management System implementation (ISO9001) and other QMS standards and internal and external audits coordination as well as provide follow up on corrective actions implementation/closure driven from audit findings to eliminate gaps against the ISO standard.
  • Work with the site Operations and Technical team to drive quality metrics to exceed plan.
  • Improve First Pass Yield, Reduce Manufacturing Scrap and reduce warranty costs.
  • Understand the product returns and drive improvements on product performance.
  • Measure Cpk for Critical processes at each site -
  • Approve Returns materials decisions and work on strategic warranty processes.
  • Create appropriate MOS for measurement and tracking of all Quality metrics, representing performance data for the site at EMEA Quality team level.
  • Perform Failure tracking, root cause analysis to identify trends and ensure implementation of effective corrective action.
  • Utilize standard statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to determine product acceptance and evaluate process capabilities to eliminate product/ process wastes regarding quality.
  • Define, implement, and validate process controls to avoid defective product escapes to internal or external customers.
  • Work with site cross functional team to ensure that critical issues are resolved with minimum downtime for manufacturing lines.
  • Initiate, investigate, bring to closure, and document customer complaints by providing satisfactory results of problem root cause elimination.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree Quality, Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations Management
  • Ability to influence and provide leadership across a cross-functional organization.
  • Lean Experience and/or Green Belt certified.
  • Strong experience of high-volume low mix manufacturing
  • Practical knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and other Quality and Industry standards
  • Experience of leading site audits and active engagement with industry and government regulatory bodies
  • Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments
  • Excellent business acumen to facilitate teams through end-to-end value stream activities.
  • Results oriented with history of achievement against stretch goals, able to develop and deliver against plan.
  • In depth knowledge of Quality Improvement Tools, Problem Solving Tools & Techniques - Six Sigma, SPC, 5Why's, FMEA & Control Plans, Capability studies (Cp, CpK, PpK) etc.
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude that focus on delivering results; able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Extensive experience driving continuous improvement and process excellence.
  • Project management experience to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed organization.
