Job Purpose:
Quality Management System:
To assist in ensuring that the ISO 9001 certification is maintained with support and compliance from all staff.
To support the Regional Quality Management System requirements in accordance with the Global Quality priorities and processes.
To assist with Quality Management in the MEA region, including support, training, workload and reporting.
To work with regional operations teams to implement management system requirements and embed quality into daily operational activities.
Audits (Internal and External):
To assist in conducting internal quality audits as per the Group Planner.
To compile the internal audit checklists.
To support with the non-conformance management for findings that arise through the internal audit process.
To assist in external audit preparations including liaising with various stakeholders, setting up external audit sessions and providing input to the external audit plan.
To support the external audit process by active participation and general support to auditees.
Business Systems and Processes:
Supplier Chain Management:
To refine the Approved Supplier's List to suppliers whose services are still being utilised.
To work with the respective SLAs to update the supplier records and ensure continued maintenance of such.
To keep a track of suppliers who have been requested to be made dormant on the system.
Incident Management:
To assist in the logging of non-conformances as well as assisting with corrective measures.
Engaging with the relevant staff to ensure that the corrective measures are effective and implemented accordingly.
Quality and Project Management Intranet Pages:
To assist in the update of the pages so that content is current and up to date.
Project Documentation:
To assist in process and systems for Project Documentation
Future Business Systems:
To assist in future business systems implementation, communication, maintenance and training as required.
Quality Documentation:
To assist in the development of Regional specific documents as well as supporting the management of regional corporate documentation.
To assist in ensuring that Quality Documents are in the latest templates, content is aligned with current practice and available on Connect.
Other:
To assist in future acquisition integration activities.
To assist with initiatives and improvement activities both at systems and process level.
Skills/Attributes:
Attention to detail. Good and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. Must be able to work independently within a past faced environment. Ability to foster and create strong working relationships. Strong organisational skills. Ability to take initiative and be pro-active.
Qualifications and Experience:
3-4 years post qualification working experience
Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Operations Management, Business Management
