Job Description

A high precision manufacturing company requires a skilled Quality Controller which includes working overtime and shift work.
Responsibilities:
Interpret Technical Drawings. Measuring equipment- Calibration and control. ISO-9001 knowledge. Scamont Processes and Procedures Relating to Quality. First off Inspections. Continuous Roaming Inspections. Final Product Inspection. Stores receiving Inspections. Outsourced/Vendor/Offshore Inspection and dimension reports. Raw Material receiving and material certs verification. Action Requests. Corrective Actions. Preventative Actions. Health and Safety: Good Housekeeping. Understanding of Efficiencies and Quality. Good knowledge of gauges, jigs and fixtures. Attention to detail and Experience in working with tight tolerances.
Will be in your favor: CMM Knowledge and experience
Minimum Requirements:
Manufacturing environment - EXP needed: 2years. Quality Control in a metal machining environment - EXP needed: 3-5years.
NB: Must have own transport due to shift work requirements.
