Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in manufacturing? Join our clientxe2x80x99s dynamic team at a leading body and trailer manufacturer! We're currently seeking a Quality Controller to spearhead our clientxe2x80x99s quality assurance department's operations, ensuring product consistency and adherence to standards.

As the QC you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards, collaborating closely with the manufacturing team, and coordinating corrective actions when necessary.

If you have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, along with at least five years of industrial quality experience, we want to hear from you! Proficiency in SAP and ISO systems is a big plus, but most importantly, we're looking for effective communicators and problem solvers who are ready to make a difference.

Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or science discipline, a National Diploma in Construction, or similar technical equivalent work experience.
Five years of work experience in an industrial quality environment.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
SAP or SAP 1 experience is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiating abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting the day-to-day management of the quality assurance department.
Supporting the manufacturing department to ensure production is properly sequenced and batches are formulated and checked in a timely manner.
Managing routine quality assurance functions to ensure all raw materials and finished products meet specifications.
Providing oversight and inspection for all resale products and managing rejected/returned materials and documentation.
Monitoring production control functions, including equipment inspection and observation of batching procedures.
Training quality employees and working with the purchasing department to order all supplies needed to run the Quality Department.
Ensuring health and safety in the workplace and compliance with customer and other quality requirements.
Coordinating all corrective actions to eliminate customer product failures and returns.
Compiling data for quality KPIs to be submitted to the SHEQ Manager.
Controlling, planning, and processing flow input for all projects.
Collaborating with the production team to sample and test raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Investigating internal and external quality complaints and implementing required corrective actions and reports.
