Quality Controller

Job Description
We are hiring! A digital fabric printing company and leading supplier of fabrics and trims is looking for a hands-on and proactive Quality Controller to take ownership of quality processes and uphold high standards in fabric inspection and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections at various stages of production (cutting, sewing, finishing)
- Implement quality checks and controls in line with internal standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues
- Monitor compliance with customer specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation and inspection logs
- Support training of junior staff on quality standards and procedures
- Matric
- 2+ years' experience in a QC role within textiles or apparel manufacturing
- Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and quality benchmarks
- Proficient in identifying faults and recommending corrective action
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
