Job Description
Auto Pedigree a dynamic leader in the car retail sales industry is looking for an experienced, professional and target driven Quality Controller to be based in Spartan.The appointed candidate will report to the Call Centre Manager.
Position Overview
The purpose of the position is finding new and improved ways to evaluate and assess all employees to ensure a high standard of quality and accuracy for continuous development and improvement of the call centre.
Specific Role Responsibilities Increasing brand awareness
Increase company profit
Creation and retaining of customers
Minimizing risk and customer complaints
Best possible use of resources
Qualifications and Experience xe2x80xa2 Senior Certificate
- Be in possession of a valid South African ID document
- Customer Service Experience
- Thorough knowledge of Call Centre operations
- Knowledge of NCA
- Target driven and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well as part of a team or as an individual
- Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Customer Service Orientated
- Attentive to cost saving
- Time Management
- Focus on quality and detail
- Ability to follow instructions and take responsibility for their own actions
- Knowledge of all reporting aspects, technology and all organizational procedures.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads
- Keenness and flexibility to work extended hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient Computer Skills Including Mastery of Excel
- Problem solving skills
