Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control Specialist to join our real estate investment company. This role is responsible for reviewing and scoring recorded sales and lead generation calls to ensure consistency, accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of integrity in reporting and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to and evaluate phone calls between company representatives and clients/leads based on a pre-defined scorecard.
• Assess adherence to sales scripts, communication quality, accuracy of information, and compliance with internal protocols.
• Provide written and verbal feedback to management and relevant team
