What will you be doing? Gaining practical exposure and experience in our Milling QC/QA processes by doing the following:
Laboratory and Quality Control
Reporting Food safety & quality control deviations.
Testing of raw material, in-process, and final products prior to approval.
Active participation in INVOCOMS.
Support of the food safety culture plan on site
LIMS capturing and issuing of COAs
Essential skills and competence
Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards
Good understanding of good laboratory practices (GLP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
Knowledge of ISO 17025 will be advantageous
Proactive communication skills

Understanding housekeeping and ensuring proactive implementation thereof

Qualification Requirements
Grade 12
Studying towards a National Diploma: Biotechnology (final year)
Tertiary institution logbook (stipulating the relevant exposure and experience needed)
Experience Requirements
One year workplace exposure and learning experience
