NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join a manufacturing team as a Quality Assurance Co-ordinator in the Western Cape.Play a pivotal part in promoting a culture of quality excellence while ensuring adherence to specifications and implementing continuous improvement strategies! Create and instil awareness of quality control, maintenance, and quality throughout the company. Ensure quality at the source by verifying conformance to specifications. Implement and enhance quality improvement strategies to elevate company standards continually. With your diverse qualifications and skills (including Matric and a Total Quality Management qualification), youxe2x80x99ll formulate, implement, and refine company quality standards for optimal operational performance. Youxe2x80x99ll also supervise quality control and production staff, providing training, motivation, and corrective measures to ensure standards are met. As Quality Assurance Co-ordinator, youxe2x80x99ll also generate comprehensive reports tracking processes and co-ordinate and conduct internal audits. Data management, root cause analysis, equipment calibration and non-conformance management will also be part of your portfolio! Youxe2x80x99ll need a comprehensive understanding of the OHS Act and Occupational Health and Safety standards, as well as a strong foundation in Microsoft Excel.
