Quality Assurance Coordinator
to join our team. This pivotal role is ideal for a professional who is committed to upholding quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance and ISO System Coordination
Support the implementation and upkeep of the company's Quality Assurance Program and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Assist in monitoring product quality across all stages--from raw materials to final output--ensuring alignment with technical specifications and standards.
Take part in regular internal audits, help maintain documentation, and contribute to quality improvement efforts across the production process.
2. Document Control and Quality Records Management
Oversee all quality documentation, including specifications, inspection reports, non-conformance logs, and audit records.
Ensure full compliance with ISO standards for document control and audit readiness.
Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety protocols specific to the manufacturing environment.
Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and maintain a safe and compliant workplace for all employees.
Schedule and conduct regular quality and health and safety meetings.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure quality requirements are effectively communicated and implemented.
Support root cause analyses and corrective action implementation.
4. Non-Conformance & CAPA Management
Lead the identification, documentation, and resolution of quality deviations.
Drive corrective and preventive action processes (CAPA) to prevent recurrence and improve system robustness.
5. Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Prepare and present comprehensive quality performance reports to senior management.
Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives based on quality data analysis and customer feedback.
Training of various quality aspects in all departments.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience managing quality control in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and auditing processes.
Strong understanding of occupational health and safety legislation and practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, training and organizational skills.
Proficient in documentation management and report generation.
