Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quality or Health and Safety or Food Safety is an advantage
- 3 years experience in Food/Feed Manufacturing is an advantage
- Prepare for and participate in external audits.
- Ensure conducting and minuting of Food Safety / Level meetings.
- Conduct or participate and perform assessments of audits and surveys.
- Manage continuous improvement objectives.
- Maintain Customer Complaints, CPA, Non-Conforming Products, Supplier Complaints and Continuous Improvement objectives. Ensure Root Cause is done correctly and the corrective and preventive actions are taken where required.
- Support and manage ad hoc laboratory and food safety processes in conjunction with the Operational Nutritionist and factory lab staff.
- Maintain Incident Management system, Objectives and OHSE Incident Management Systems and identify root causes and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken where required.
