Quality Control and Cleaning Schedules Supervisor required for busy Wholesale butchery.
Previous experience with HACCP a bonus. Duties will include accurate temperature monitoring and record keeping, cleaning & maintenance schedules monitoring and record keeping and QC on the Working floor.
