We are looking for a Quality / Laboratory Analyst who enjoys working with laboratory methods, supporting scientific testing, and maintaining reliable data.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical, microbiological, and stress tests using standard laboratory methods
- Prepare solutions and carry out verification through quality control checks
- Support calibration, maintenance, and correct use of lab equipment
- Maintain accurate laboratory and quality documentation
- Support quality audits and assessments
- Assist in problem-solving, discrepancy investigation, and corrective actions
- Ensure proper storage and identification of chemicals and reagents
- Monitor laboratory stock levels and consumables
- Uphold laboratory hygiene and safety standards
- ND or BSc in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years laboratory experience advantageous
- Exposure to ISO / SANAS 17025 standards beneficial
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and general MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Diligent, accurate, and reliable
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Self-driven and able to work in a structured team environment
