Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA/QC Officer to join our client. The QA/QC Officer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products and services through rigorous testing, inspection, and documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality control measures, and maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and document standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to support and optimize business processes
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Execute action plans aligned with business goals to drive operational efficiency and performance
Conduct pre-production and in-line inspections at supplier premises as needed to verify compliance with standards
Verify that all products meet company and client specifications before approval and shipment
Identify, document, and report product defects and deviations, maintaining accurate records of findings
Manage customer complaints related to product issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication
Perform thorough incoming inspections of stock and accurately record all inspection results
Support the organization in maintaining and complying with established quality standards and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, industrial engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management with knowledge of both QA nad QC
- Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and techniques
- Experience with quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in quality assurance (CQA, CQE, etc.) is a plus
