Join a forward-thinking team to ensure the reliability of innovative software that tracks agricultural products from farm to port. As a QA Specialist (Software Tester) in this intermediate to senior role, you'll validate the functionality, usability, and performance of web-based platforms like Palbroker, focusing on logistics, financials, and dashboards. You'll perform manual and automated testing, create and maintain test scripts, and work closely with developers and analysts in an agile, hybrid work environment (full-time with flexible hybrid options). Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years in QA or software testing, with experience in both manual and automated testing
Proficient in functional, integration, performance, regression, web/mobile, GUI, back-end, and UAT testing
Skilled in writing and maintaining test cases/scripts using Test Cafe (TypeScript), SQL for data validation, and API testing with Postman
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, and Clarion
Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and communication skills for effective team collaboration
Experience in root cause analysis, defect reporting, and contributing to QA processes, including SOPs
Preferred: Knowledge of agricultural/traceability systems, agile methodologies, and DevOps integration (intermediate to senior levels welcome)
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is highly advantageous
